Locations: at your home or office
Most customers prefer that their computers be serviced on location rather than on a tech's workbench, so as mobile technicians, we prefer to bring our office to you. We generally serve most of Northeast Kansas as well as the Greater Kansas City Metro area.
A $10 trip charge includes service to Lawrence and Topeka. Suburban Kansas City generally west of the Missouri/Kansas state line is a $15 trip charge. Other locations such as Baldwin, Lecompton, Perry, and Toganoxie are a $25 trip charge.
At our officeHowever sometimes people just want to "chat" and have a quick question, or they would prefer, due to their schedule, to drop off a computer and pick it up a few days later. These Office Hours do not require an appointment, but it's a good idea to call before you stop by.
Current Lawrence Office Hours are
Mondays 9am to 12pm, Wednesdays 9am to 12pm, Fridays 9am to 12pm.
However, sometimes emergencies may come up and we won't be there, so please call ahead.
Our Lawrence office is located at 4105 West 6th Street, upstairs in Suite B-6. The building is known as the "Fair Haven" building and houses American Dream Realty. Here's our location:

Our rate is $70 an hour, with a minimum of one hour (additional time is billed in 1/2 hour increments) plus the trip charge. Please realize a service call time is specfically reserved exclusively for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, we need at least four hours notice to give that time to another person. In the interest of serving all clients fairly, failure to properly notify us will usually result in our inablity to service you again.
Unless we've arranged terms, payment is expected at time of service, and we can take all credit cards via our relationship with Square.
